Our service continues to grow, and since opening our UK operation in 2000, we have provided tools and equipment to the UK market, and have already despatched hundreds of thousands of orders to customers across the UK.

We stock a huge range of high-quality professional tools and equipment, which we sell directly via our mail order catalogues and from this website.

Whether you are a mechanic or a master carpenter, our warehouse, full of thousands of tools and equipment, is bound to contain something for you.  And because of our low-cost mail order method of business, all our products are sold at the best trade prices available, GUARANTEED!

Our UK offices are in Portsmouth, Hampshire, where our mail order catalogues are produced and where our sales and customer services teams are based. We hold the vast majority of our stock in our huge Distribution Centre in Dumfries, Scotland enabling us to receive, process and dispatch your orders immediately.

The Northern Tool + Equipment business in the UK was originally established by the owner of the world-famous American Northern Tool + Equipment Company, based in Minnesota in the northern USA (hence the word ‘Northern’, despite Northern Tool + Equipment UK being based in the south of the UK!). 
Northern Tool + Equipment USA is a $600m+ global business and has been trading since 1981.
