Terms & Conditions for Free Delivery

NOTE: Orders received AFTER 10am on Tuesday 24th January will not be despatched until
Monday 30th January 2012 due to warehouse closure for stocktaking!

1. Order between the dates below and subject to your order having a goods value of >£30 (excluding VAT and shipping charges) and you'll receive FREE standard delivery on your order.
2. Some geographic exclusion areas apply - these areas normally attract a surcharge over and above the standard delivery charge rate
In this case, under the terms of this promotion, qualifying orders will be charged at the SURCHARGE rate only and the STANDARD delivery charge will be removed.
This process will run automatically prior to Checkout.

5. Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders or reserved stock orders

Surcharge areas:

  • Saturday & Timed deliveries (pre 10.30, pre 12 noon) will attract a surcharge depending on delivery time required
  • Northern Ireland BT postcodes will attract a surcharge regardless of service used.IV, HS, KW, PH, ZE postcodes can only be despatched on a B service and will be surcharged.
  • Scilly Isles TR postcodes can only be despatched on a B service and will be surcharged.
  • Western Isles PA postcodes can only be despatched on a B service and will be surcharged.
  • Isle Of Man IM postcodes can only be despatched on a B service and will be surcharged.
  • Channel Island orders MUST be passed to our respective distributors. A single consolidated delivery will be made each week to these distributors. Orders shipped outside of this weekly delivery will be charged at full carriage rates (typically £33 up to 20kg in weight)
